I have a brand new install of vBulletin on [url removed, login to view] that I need a skin created for.
The skin should be like the rest of the website, using the same header and footer.
The overal setup should be similar to [url removed, login to view]
Of course the colors need to match the rest of the website.
Currently the website uses PHP includes for the header and footer. I want the skin to use these same headers and footers so when I change it on the site it changes everywhere.
