I have a custom pink circle cursor created with css and javascript. I need a hover function triggered when ANY part of the custom cursor touches a green circle on the page.
A green circle must trigger a hover if ANY part of the pink circle cursor touches it.
There will be multiple different green circles placed randomly on the page, so the custom pink circle cursor must be able to trigger a hover for randomly positioned circles.
I need this work completed by 5pm AEST 25 August 2019.
