Thanks for your interest. This fix is for someone who is already familiar with these issues. I prefer not to award anyone uncertain, as I need this fixed right away. Please only respond if you are reasonable and available to work on this immediately.
I have a fairly simple vertical scrolling web page that works great in Chrome and Firefox, but loads incorrectly in Safari unless I resize the window. It also doesn't scroll smoothly in Safari. Uses jquery parallax and a mousewheel script; see attached.
It does work nicely in iOS, however it does allow you to move the layers up and down a bit which isn't desired. This file opens as HTML in a new window from a Wordpress site.
1) Make it load correctly in Safari
2) Make sure it works well on Windows (Edge, IE11)
3) Stop the up and down flexibility, if possible, on touch devices
