We need someone who has expertise researching Canadian and Alberta based companies and individuals who have been engaged in fraudulent activities and have either been sued, are being sued or have had any type of suspensions filed, imposed or lifted. This person must understand the different court systems in Alberta and be able to track corporate name changes as well as director and ownership changes between companies who first appear to be unrelated but in actuality are not.
