stock analysis

Looking for a program/app that will pull info from the internet(yahoo) finance pages to find trends in stocks that are about to report earnings. Would like a place to enter how many days(1 to 30) in advance the stocks to be analysed will be reporting earnings. Based on that decision the program will make a list of all stocks reporting earnings on that future date in alphabetical order by ticker symbol(column 1). column 2 will be the stocks current price. column 3 will be the 50 day avg for the current day. column 4 will be the 20 day avg for the current day. column 5 if 20day>50 day then it will say buy in green, if 20day<50day it will say sell in red. column 6 is the last date that 20 day and 50 day were equal. column 7 will be the price of the stock on the date of coulmn 6. column 8 will be the current price/earnings(p/e). column 9 will be the avg p/e for that stocks industry/competitors. i currently have 4 different systems i would like it to run on windows(XP,vista,7,8); Nexus 7(Google Android); Iphone
