WHM | Cpanel Mail server Setup / Troubleshoot

We have just taken out a new server with full root access running WHM and Cpanel.
We have migrated out 1st site to this new server.
The site itself seems to be working fine, however we can not connect to the email.
We need someone to identify what is wrong and apply any finxes needed (whether that be DNS, WHM or cpanel related)
We have not made any changes to the server apart from the creation of the user account for the domain and the installing the site itself and adding the mail boxes.
Webmail appears not to work either,
