Port Access on Google Cloud / Centos 8 stream can not conect after dnf update

I'm looking to modify my Google Cloud firewall settings to:

- Enable access to a specific static TCP port.

- Securely configure my network to ensure only necessary traffic is allowed.

- Maintain project security while permitting required port usage.
