3 custom extensions for Magento e-commerce hosting sites

I'm in need of 3 custom extensions. The extensions need to be multi-store compatible, filtered so that they work separately with all stores. All 3 extensions need to be installed on our server and tested free of any errors.

Below are the descriptions of the 3 extensions:

1. Chat Extension. There are a number existing extensions on Magento that are fee based. We are looking for one that is ours. This chat extension should have a pop-up chat window. The option for a chat button/tab is: on the left, on the right, lower left and and lower right. The chat pop-up window should have a space at the top for custom store logos.

Chat Extension -- in addition the chat extension is to have the following features: window showing "emoticons", text editor, and send files (see yahoo messenger 7 for example), ability to share images (images shown on the chat window), invite to "conference" chat, multi-operator capability, history of chat in the last 1, 7, 30, and 90 days, ability to save chat session, ability to chat simultaneously with other users.

CHAT extension: Star Rating for Chat Operator (for Politeness and Knowledge etc) and rating to be tabulated in admin area which will be accessed, and Print option, and email chat transcript

2. Site tool bars at the bottom of web browsers. This tool bar should have everything (MEANING ALL) as seen in the giving sample link. In addition the tool bar is to have the following chat functions: Yahoo Messenger, gtalk, MSN, Skype, AIM, Facebook Chat, Myspace Chat, Bebo, Window Messenger, Youtube, Friendster, Linkedin

3. SMS Extension. This extension should accomplish the following:

A) Send SMS to any number (US and international) to merchants when orders are received.

B) Shopping cart should have a box where customers can enter their mobile numbers if they wish to receive order status and tracking numbers

C) Send promotions, coupons, sales to registered phone numbers (US and international)

D) Frontend should have an SMS registration box where anyone can enter their phone number if they wish to receive sales/promotions info

E) Each message sent to customers should have a way for them to opt out of receiving SMS.

The SMS extension may need an SMS gateway. A free gateway would be ideal if you can find one.

Please do some research before sending your proposal. I'm looking for a quick turn around time.

Since we will be paying for these extensions, they will be our exclusively. You will need to sign a binding contract that these extensions are not to be sold on Magentocommerce or anywhere else without our permission.

I'm looking for a fixed estimate (no hourly jobs please). I look forward to receiving your proposal.
