Expert React-Native Developer Required

Hi, I am in search of an expert React-Native developer. I am specifically interested in individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in React-Native. Companies/agencies need not apply.
Currently, I have chat screens implemented using Firebase. The purpose of these screens is to retrieve messages from Firebase Firestore and display them in a FlatList. Users can send new messages, reply, and share photos. The current implementation involves fetching all messages from Firebase Firestore every time, updating our local state, and displaying the messages in the FlatList. However, after doing some chat, the UI experiences lag, affecting actions like the send button and text input changes. We need to address and improve this performance issue.
Key points:
The UI design is already completed.
All features are implemented.
The primary focus is resolving the lag issue.
Additionally, there is a UI problem with the input message box on Android that needs fixing.
