This is a simple but useful app for storing the doctors appointment and prescription details in an android phone.
Basic Narration :
The interface designing and the terms we need to use for this app must be beautiful and simple. As the users will be common people.
Facilities :
Add Doctor : Doctor's Name and Contact Number ( Primary, Secondary and Land Line)
Doctor's Location : Text area and Nearest Landmark. If its possible we can mark it on Google map. Then we can share this location with other members.
Add Family Members :
Name, Age, Blood Group, Weight, Height
Consultation History for this member:
Blood Pressure
Sugar Level
BMI (Height - 100) - Levels of BMI refer with our i-remember software.
LDL Cholesterol
HDL Cholesterol
Vitamin D
Hemoglobin
Any specific (add new options from a configuration window) - description and normal level.
There must be an option called enter variance.
In this keeping the old entries as history and we can enter the new values and it will show whether its improvement or careful situation.

Remarks
When this reminder time happened the mobile must vibrate and make a notification sound and display the appointment message.
There must be two options (one is to accept appointment or to postpone to another date.)

Here the doctor name and the family member name can be selected and put description and enter amount with adding prescription copy attachment.
