The app needs 7 screens in total;
Screen 1. the first time the app starts the user creates a user name. And later, can return to this screen to change that name.
Screen 2. The main screen. Has buttons for:
* Adding a location from a pre populated list. (Screen 3)
* Adding a new location. (Screen 4)
* Adding and removing contacts. (Screens 5 & 6)
* Sending a group sms. (Sms message contents populated with selected location name and google map url as well as username of sender. Sms sent to selected contacts)
* Returning to the first screen to change their user name. (Screen 1)
Screen 3 Add a location from the pre-populated list.
Screen 4 User can search for new location (by keyword and/or phone location) and add them to the main location list.
Screen 5. Adding contacts from the phones contact list.
Screen 6. Removing contacts from the contact list (generated by screen 5)
Screen 7. After sending group sms "Success" screen
I have roughed out a working prototype in MIT app inventor and have wire frames to define the project in more detail. At this stage we are looking for a functioning beta version that can be skinned at a later date. All documents and .apk will follow after the bidding has finished.
