write an app for apple and android

Hi, I am wanting a quote to create an app from a-z, it is to take your temperature in either Celsius or Fahrenheit so it can be used woeldwide either via apple or the android market. would like to have mutliple users on the one phone, ie if there are 3 siblings and the ability to record and store the info for each person, it would work by holding the phone close to the temple and suitable from birth and up. please quote $ and estimated time to complete so the app is live and ready for me to sell.
