We require a program for our sales representatives to use in the field. It needs to look and feel professional as this will be filled in infront of our clients.
It will need to use our current user database in vtiger to allow users to log.
It will look at a newly made database for any updates/changes upon sign on. These changes will include collecting Vtigers Organisations, contacts, opportunities, emails and phone numbers. Collecting prices and products from Xero and any amendments made to the program. The program will be amended my myself and my director. It also needs to work offline and it should display the last time it was synced. We what it to use the same styling as our new website that is being designed via wordpress and to be integrated possibly so the customers can view the quote at a later stage. We need to be able to add products, prices and move pages around. There will be options that will change the next page based on variables. I was thinking about a powerpoint look behind the scenes. Allowing us to drag pages around should we need too. Need fields to automatically fill if information already exists on Vtiger.
The final quote should export as a PDF with options to email to the clients address or additional addresses. We are also looking at sending the quote to Xero too. This needs to save to Vtigers organisations documents.
