I need a custom NopCommerce plugin. In the administrative area, add a new item under: "Promotions" called "Upsell".
The admin may add any number of "Upsell" items.
Product to Target____________
Product to Promote____________
At checkout, if a user has a "Target" product in their cart and they do not already have the "Product to Promote" then there should be a link to the "Product to Promote" on the checkout page.
See the attached screenshot. This is urgent. I need it to be completed by August 22.
