Final Draft Mindjet Map export

Need to integrate Final Draft with Mindjet Mindmap.

Use the api for Mindjet to extract from a Final Draft file all the characters and all the scenes then export these to a mindmap.

It would create 3 mindmaps.

One of just scenes

One of the Scenes mapped to characters

One of the characters mapped to scenes

Scenes can include optionally all the scene opening text as a sub topic for each scene

Additional functionality to export final draft notes as notes on mindjet

Additional functionality to put tags in a final draft copy to export as either a topic, a note or a callout
