Template image color change

These images make up the border on a webpage template I have.

If you look closely at the images you can see they are a grey that fades away to white.

I need this grey changed to a blue color.

Maybe this blue would be a good choice.

I need this done in photoshop and I need a designer that can work with me on color changes till I'm happy.

This should not be hard.

You might also just simply be able to manipulate the color balances till the color changes enough. I'm not sure.
