Customize Drupal Site

Hello, I need a Drupal expert to customize the following for a media site. Am using the litejazz theme right now so there is very little theme development aside from changing small details.

1. Add a few regions to the theme

2. CCK to add 2 type of content.

Content type #1:

-This content type covers around 10 or more catagories, they basically need 3 additional field. They include: image, URL for zip and URL for iframe (will explain clearly for winning bidder)

Content type #2:

-This content type only has 2 catagory and no iframe

-This content type require 9 additional Field, they are: 5 slots for images. 4 text field for: lauguages, size, subtitle and URL

3. Catagorize all content using A-Z sorting

4 A different front page with different menu, everything else being the same. There is a module call "front page" for this.

5. AJAX for recent added items on the front page

6. Varies small CSS changes to currant theme
