278688 One-page currency site w PHP

I need a PHP-proficient programmer to develop a very simple one-page site that will display the current exchange rate for half a dozen currencies, with a drop-down menu for a calculator with available currencies.

There are many existing scripts like this at HotScripts and other online open-source communities, but I simply don't know any PHP and I haven't time to learn.

Script must use the publicly-available information on the Bank of Canada website (which is free to use with attribution). The site will list the noon and closing rates.

Your quote must include:

- Development of the site from scratch, including simple design. I like simple "web 2.0" looks like UpTake (although that's for a different industry).

- Inclusion of the necessary scripts, including ownership and installation on my hosting partner.

- Inclusion of the date and a particular exchange rate in the "description" meta-tag returned in a Google search. Try Googling "geobytes ip address" to see an example of this for IP addresses. I'm told this is simple enough to do (though I sure don't know how).

- Inclusion of three ad tags and Google Analytics tag.

I'll secure the hosting myself.
