41168 Sendmail php script.

Hello, I need some help creating a small sendmail script for my website. I have a script I was using, but it is getting abused by spammers using it to send emails. My server company told me to "validate the header" before sending the email. Im not sure how to do this. I would like a short script that sends the mail and makes it difficult for spammers to use by validating the mail header or any other way possible. Please let me know any of your ideas in the PM board. Thanks
