Active-X Inplementation into Web browser

I have already created a program that is delivered via Active-X.

What I need created is:

1) My Active-X program to be delivered via a prompt to user. If they click 'No', have a message box inform them that "You must click 'Yes' to continue..." And have the Active-X launched again. This will happen twice. If 'No' is selected at all 3 prompts, redirect user to specific URL.

2) Be able to detect when software is installed. Once software is installed, redirect user to a specific website.

3) When user accesses the Active-X download page; the web page recognizes that they already have the Active-X installed, and skips prompting them to install the software. Instead, they are redirected to a specific URL. If web page recognizes that the software has yet to be installed, utilize (1) from above.

Please provide details of how you will be doing this with your bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Must work on MSIE. Must work on Windows XP SP1. Windows XP SP2 a plus.
