Outsource print ad

I am a designer that is looking for a coder for subcontract work on a print ad. High resolution digital tiff image file (300 dpi minimum, CMYK format) is preferred. The image needs to be 2?? wide by 1.7?? high. ALL SOURCE FILES MUST BE INCLUDED!!! NOTHING FLATTENED! Logos will be provided for each project so you will only be designing the print ad. Coder must be able to show me a portfolio of fresh ideas with a little retro flair but still professional. Quality is a must. AD SPECS FILE FORMATS: PDF files are preferred (compressed with settings of 300 dpi or 1,200 dpi for line art). Mac platform Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop files are also accepted. Files from the PC platform must be imaged based (TIFF) OR vector (Illustrator) with ALL typefaces converted to paths and files saved in EPS format. If you are not submitting an ad as a PDF, please include all linked art files and all related fonts (both printer and screen; NO True Type fonts). Color images must be 300 dpi CMYK with total ink density no greater than 300 percent. Line art should be 1,200 dpi or higher. A color proof must be provided for each ad submitted. Terms: 1. My client must never be contacted by the coder 2. Design turn-a-round needs to be 3 days maximum 3. All fonts must be attached when submitting the project. 4. Designs should not be placed in your portfolio 5. Revisions must be included in case the client does not like what you produce. Your portfolio is the key in this. I'm looking for a particular style.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
