Changes at [login to view URL](repost)

We need some modifications and fixing on the following php site:

PHP Changes:

1)We are experiencing some php errors on the site. We get the following error on the top of the page when you click on login. This is the page:

Same on the japanese part, the error is about the save handler mm. The customer played with the site and I decided to re upload the site with no apparent reason.

2)Same kind of error is happening when you click on the help online image.

3)We need a small change to the back end administration.. When someone trys to register to the site, username and password are mandatory or the site will nat register you.

We would like that to be removed. Visitors will still be able to register and submit information without entering log in info.

Cosmetic changes:

1)Main menu bar on the home page (japanese) has a problem with the rollovers blue effect, the blue rollover doesnt's fill up the button box completely or some are slightly decentered.

Check english version to see how everything is perfectly allined.

2)Help online image on the japanese side (beside home page) is not centered, needs to be.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The developer who started the site originally decided to finish the project, so we will be using him to complete and finalize the TMC Japan web site.
