c# Facebook Friend Referral Widget

I would like a plugin that I can put in my site that users can login using Facebook and be able to refer their friends to use my service.

1. Show a "Refer a Facebook Friend" button (Facebook color scheme)

2. Prompt Login, if not already authenticated by Facebook - should not prompt if already logged in

3. User selects friends to refer and click submit. Post a link to friends page with referral URL and message that I provide.

4. Save referred friends first name, last name, email and phone, facebook id to a MSSQL database. and quit

5. If user selects tool again, disable already selected friends or just prompt against SQL database that friends already referred.
