Website - Integration with Cart and Management software

This project will be divided into two parts, at the discretion of the bidder.

I need a website (it can be custom made, joomla + virtuemart or ecommerce cart based) that will have a connection with my current CRM and warehouse database to put items on sale trough the internet.

Also, i need some custom pages meant for synchronizing those two databases, manage orders, and some other db related tasks.

For this project is required SQL / MySQL / PHP / HTML experience.

## Deliverables

Site must have a 2 columns layout, + header.

In the header there must be login, the personal agent infoes*, banner with the current promotions.

In the left bar there must be

Promotions - a catalogue with only items in promotion listed

Static Page 1 - static page with content provided by me

News - a catalogue with only new items listed

Catalogue download - downloadable in pdf or xls, can be filtered by category of merchandise.

Section: User aarea

Back order - ORders that the user did and that are not yet finalized, this page will connect with the external db that has the info. From this point on, when this happens, i'll just add a "*"

Invoices - Makes invoices available in PDF, takes the data for it from *ext conn.

RMA - Online form for requesting RMA number

Customer details - Only viewable. *

Bought goods - History of what the user bought *

How is the catalogue presented

Will provide websites and photo as info, but not anything different from all the others catalogue onlines.

We want a "AND" search, inside a category (example, cpus) there are subcategories (Clock speeed and such) we want those to be searchable. Lets say on top u see the various clock speeds and click on only the one u want. Items might have more than these, so, it need to be filtered with AND.

Various function

- sync with external db (sql) to manage orders and manage quantities in house and ordered.

- admin panel in which we can look at orders and accept them or reject them, or accept them but not updating current quantities. (examples, big orders, for 500 units will not be counted in the normal quantities and must not appear that we have 0 and ordered 460 for example).

- Products must have various flags (updated, new, promotion)

To sum it up, this project consists in:

a) online cart

b) middle program to manage the communication and sync between the cart and the sql db of the crm.

c) functions that make the life easy for who has to administer the 2 databases.

d) Site will be in another language, so, either we work togheter for the labels, or you provide a php file where all the english labels will be modified by me.

There can be edits before the project is fully wrote, so post me an "about this price" bid, then we will talk in detail and eventually change something and do a new bid.
