Web, Graphic, Flash Design update to two webpages

We are looking for specific work to be completed surrounding the update of a couple of stale webpages and graphics on our webiste. We will only accept bids from coders or designers that read our request carefully and respond specifically to what is requested below. No one else will be considered. If you cut and paste a generic bid response it will be ignored. The website [url removed, login to view] needs a face-lift to the home page and the "Pricing and Options" page. The site will retain the look and feel (template), color schemes, etc. Only the content areas of these two pages need to be updated. Additionally, the header graphic that is carried on each page needs to be updated as well. The content and positioning of text in the header graphic will remain the same with only the background of the header graphic needing an update. Specifically, we want: 1. The header graphic updated with a new background. 2. The home page body area updated with a flash movie and similiar content to what is already there. 3. The pricing and options page body area to be updated with new graphics and text. In order to be considered, please review the attachment for more information and respond with the following: 1. Respond with a written proposal that shows that you have read and understand the scope of the bid request. 2. Send a mockup of what you would do to the homepage. We do not care to see samples of your other work and this will not be sufficient. Instead, we want to see a rough mockup of what direction you will take the updates for our site. This is how we will choose you.
## Deliverables
Delivery of html, css, flash movie files (source and deployable), psd files, jpg or gif web graphics.
All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
