Web site design for icon painter

Hello! I need help to make a new layout for a web site. The site is for an icon painter artist and his nine years old (!) website can be found at [url removed, login to view] I will do most coding myself, but need help with new layout. The artist has some requirements: - The design must give the visitor a "calm" feeling. - The design also have to be simple, beautiful, modern and fresh. (Yes, I know 'beautiful' differ from person to person, but he wants it beautiful ;-) ) - The artist would like a black or dark blue border at the header (top of page) with part of an icon to the left. - The font used must fit nicely with the icon painting style. The artist gives the examples Calisto MT or Berlings, but the important thing is that it works nicely with the icon paintings style. - He wants the font size to be in the same size as it is on the old web site, or another font style which is easy for "old people" to read on the screen. - The background color may not be completely white (#FFFFFF), but a sligthly broken light color is ok. - His ImagoNova-logotype (with fish and sun) must be included somewhere. - There must be place for a dynamically created hirizontal menu at the header. - The page will be used with dynamic content made in ASP. - For your information: The art gallery will be a large part of the website, but the content will also include a very simple e-mailbased shop for reproductions, different texts about the artist and icon painting and similar. Please go to his old website, have a close look on his pictures and the feeling of the page and if you think you can create something new, modern and perfect for him, please give a bid! ## Deliverables

0) The deliverables must include the original photoshop or illustrator files, minimum one html-file with the graphics placed in correct positions and all fonts and image-sources used. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
