Smartegies is looking for a programmer to help us with a new website for one of our clients. We are preparing our proposal for the overall website strategy, design and launch which we have to turn into the client by Friday, December 5th. The last remaining piece is finding a programmer to join the project.
In a nutshell, our client is looking for a modular/ menu style wordpress site that allows for various modules/ features for their various areas of business - some may just have a landing page while others may have downloadable white papers, client logins, or blogs. They desire a site that allows them to add on additional modules / features as the various user groups become more comfortable with the content and features of the site. We anticipate the site to have anywhere between 30-100 pages in total, all to be determined during the exploratory meetings with the client. Ideally, we would like someone in the Atlanta, Georgia area so they can attend meetings as necessary.
The client has outlined a 9-phase process to reach a target launch of February 2015. The process is as follows:

2. Exploration & Discovery
3. Draft Solution and UX
4. Architecture & Content Framework
5. High Level Design
6. Content Development
7. Wire Frame & Responsive Prototype
8. Development & Content Integration

Basic assumptions related to the project:
‐ Work will be started early January 2015 with a launch late February 2015
‐ The website will be built on the Wordpress platform and be dynamically responsive.
‐ The client will provide all available historical web traffic information.
‐ The client has detailed information about its service lines, geographies and clients.
‐ Microsoft Netmeeting will be the project’s primary communication tools for NetMeetings, screen sharing and video calls. Your firm must be able to work with this platform. It does work with Apple products.
‐ The client will provide meeting and working space at its offices located in Atlanta, GA to the selected [login to view URL] office location is not a primary consideration for selection.
‐ The client plans to do the copy writing. Editing and word count strategy will come from the selected partner.
