Solve Wordpress template problems: Sidebar widget, product diaplay, and mobile display

My wordpress template i having problems, and i need wordpress professional to solve those problem:
1.) My sidebar appears at bottom of the right corner on everypage. It suppose to appear at the upper right, please fix it.
2.) When i click into the category from the sidebar, i want to see the category's products, not the sub-category.
***3.) My website is having problem when viewing using mobile. Sometimes it appears normally, sometimes, it appears a bunch of words with white background.
4.) When i click on any product, my sidebar appears at bottom. It should be at updder right.
