I need html5 canvas/dom web/ios/android slots like this

no graphics needed but can be customized also the game must have the core and elaborations on the server side.
I need the following points:
- play for free or for real
- all client and server source with comments.
- UI graphics customizable with great ease.
- slot must return the 80% (anyway a variabile of % managed by a admin panel) of wins
- jackpot party
- spin bonus party
- 2x 3x 4x 5x when there is a combination
- The slot machine should be able to use a range of 9-Lines to 20-Lines and can be customizable based on whatever slot machine project we are working on. The patterns of those lines should also be customizable.
- There will not be a buy in or cash out feature; instead, every time the user does a spin action, a call to the database will be made to determine
if there is enough credits and will also update the credits remaining at the end of the spin action as that number can change while the player is playing the slot machine.
- All calculations will be done on the server with mysql database.
- All code must be organized in such a way to fit a templated and reusable pattern.
To be used Unity 3D should be good for us
