Need experienced Mysql Database expert to import links from csv

This project consists of 3 parts. 1) My website has 3 different links directories, yellow pages, community links and website directory. The Links program is esyndicate and the program that I am using to gather the info for the directories is webscraper pro 5. The info I scrape is saved in csv or access db. I need an expert mysql db guy to import the data into the directories(there are relational category issues). Esyndicate may be able to help on the forums to work out the issues with importing the links into the mysql. 2)To work with the program web scraper pro to develop packages to scrape other sites for information. There is complete help, instructions and forums on [url removed, login to view] to help with creating the packages to scrape the sites I want data from. 3) The third part of the project will be to work with esyndicate and modify the php code to include a user control panel that will allow the user to sign-up, keep a list of favorites from the directories, wish list and create a way for the user from the link details to request from the business: more information, request that the business become a trusted partner with our directory, which will include filling out a form if the user has not signed up or logging in, and sending an email to us that we can pass along to the business owner. The control panel will need to to record the email correspondence between admin and user. Admin will help the customer locate, contact business owners and then inform the client. The control panel should sync with all 3 esyndictae directories on the site with login, show favorites and wish list and emails from each [url removed, login to view] will allow us to entice business owners to become featured or trusted partners and in return send customers their way. There are some 3rd party user management programs that might integrate or fill some of the needs for this.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
