This is a small project; to edit script in an existing php file that generates a web page with the url in the following format:
[url removed, login to view]
We are seeking to edit the script to generate the page in a format that is more Google friendly. It seem the spider is ignoring and not indexing these types of url's. probably because it resembles an affiliate link
We are using a simple MySQL database with less than 200 records, sample of database included with 2 records.
The files that generate the web pages which are attached are:

The desired output from the modified php script is:
[url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] (bouss is an field entry in the database for this record)
