oscommerce 2.33 module installation and code fix - repost

My oscommerce v2.33 need help to install latest USPS Shipping Module and some code fix

Current install module:

Social Login plugin for osCommerce v2.3 ([login to view URL],23)

Dynamic Template System V2 EN ([login to view URL],23)

mobile-oscommerce([login to view URL])

Encrypted Credit Card with CVV2([login to view URL],23)

Discount Code for osCommerce 2.3.1([login to view URL],23)

Modular SEO Header Tags([login to view URL],23)

Ultimate_Seo_Urls_5_PRO_r205([login to view URL],23)

FedEx_1_4-webservices_v9_4_3([login to view URL])

FraudLabs Pro Credit Card Fraud Prevention([login to view URL])

Problem:

1: Customer created by Social Login plugin module incorrect, no matter I enter ca or california for USA it always saved as FL, I wish someone can fix the data form page (see attached screenshot) to meet the same country/state selection spec on create customer page to solve the problem. I believe there is only 1 file need to be modify [login to view URL] (see attached file)

2: When user enter coupon code for discount and select paypal express checkout option it cause "the totals of the carts item amounts do not match order amounts" error need to be fixed

3: need to install latest usps shipping module I do not know which modules is work well with v2.33 open for suggestion
