We're using the Yii framework for our application, and have a file that processes Paypal IPNs for us. This file is working correctly and processing the IPNs it receives from Paypal. The problem is that Paypal keeps saying that IPNs are failing ('PayPal Instant Payment Notification Warning').

This is creating a lot of trouble because Paypal would disable IPNs if this keeps on happening.

Need a Paypal expert who can study our IPN file and figure out what the issue might be.

The file that handles our IPNs is attached.
