multiplayer ajax game

Need a JS expert to build an online 2 player tic tac toe game using ajax (JS), and PHP, no flash or java. I want something that is light and efficient so that it sends as little data as possible, as few times as possible, back and forth. It should also be smart so that connection problems don’t kill the game, that if a person loses wifi for 4 seconds and comes back, they can continue playing. The code has to be well documented, and built from scratch because I will eventually want other games to be built on the same framework if possible. The game should be designed so it can be used on a regular server, and scale to a large number of concurrent users. If you are familiar with Comet (reverse-ajax) id like to talk about using that as well, if that’s too complicated then we don’t need to use it. It needs to have these features: • User registration • User Login • User Profiles • Friends list (search for and add email/usernames/names to a friends list) • Keep track of wins/losses • Play against computer • Instant action (randomly join game) • Play against a friend • At the end, quite game or play again

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Must be original code, no open source or other code used, JS and php no java or flash, must work and look the same in firefox, IE, chrome and safari
