Online sweepstakes set up script

hello, I want to run a sweepstakes site. The following features are needed • Creating New Contest - This option allows you to setup the details of each new contest. For instance, what prize I'd like to offer and all the terms and conditions can be modified here. It's all in a template format for easy use. • View Entrants - You can view in real time all the entries of your contest. The script automatically checks and denies duplicate entries. • Selecting Winner - No need to go through thousands of entries to find a winner. The system should be setup with an automatic randomizer that picks the winners for me ! • Turn Contest On/Off - If you've made a mistake in your contest or if you want to shut the contest off, you can do it with a click of the mouse. If the contest is turned off it will also display a message letting the visitors know the contest is off. • Email All Entrants - After each contest is over you'll have the option to email all the contestants announcing the winner. This is a great opportunity to include 3rd party affilate links to advertise and make more money! • Edit Contest/Software Settings - This option will give you the ability to edit an existing contest. You can change the contest prize, rules, dates and even delete the contest all together. • Winners List - After each contest you'll be able to easily add the winner so other viewers can see. An easy online form adds everything in place. No editing any html. Also very important is that it should include a "viral" component that allows participants to easily refer other people. We want to provide the participant with additional entries in the sweepstakes (to increase their chance of winning) when they refer others. You get to make decisions on (1) how many people they can refer, (2) how many chances they get to enter again (setting limits on the viral feature). · It should includes a database where all the data collected during the promotion is stored.
