OSCommerce and Zen Cart Expert Needed for Last Fixes to a Site

I have a website cruzinworld(dotcom) and need last fixes to the website (using OSCommerce). PLEASE NOTE: BEFORE ACCEPTING PLEASE REALIZE WE WILL NEED YOU AT LEAST ONCE THIS EARLY PART OF WEEK TO BE AVAILABLE ON IM or PHONE SO WE CAN ANSWER ANY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS THE CLIENT HAS (DURING THE DAY U.S. TIME)

Here are some of the things remaining:

anyone outside of michigan does not have to pay tax, how do we fix that? Only Michigan residents will pay it.

Need text to the left of credit card logos that says This site is https secure.

Need Specials to be added when first entering or editing an item in the OSCommerce panel

Cars for Sale - remove the red car from description so only flame car is left.

In Cars for Sale remove the neon sign from the bottom of the white car's description page

Cars for Sale - on first page there should be an item for $25 to add to the cart to let them place an ad. On the page with individual cars there needs to be a way he can add up to 4 images.

AREA CoDE should have its own separate field when signing up

A. OK (INCORRECTLY DONE, ALL WE NEED IS A TELEPHONE NUMBER LINE WITH A 3 DIGIT LIMT BOX FOR AREA CODE AND THEN ANOTHER BOX ON THE SAME LINE FOR REST OF PHONE NUMBER_
