Statistical Significance Calculator

Need someone who understands very well how to calculate statistical significance.

For example you have a base line you are testing. Then you have 2 tests. We want to see if each of the two new test are statistically better or worse than the base. And what percentage of certainty do we have that test a or b will do better.

Your program that you develop will be fed data from another system which will be the results of the test.

It is very important that the person who does this project understands statistics and statistical significance.
