Install help or directions

I need for someone to create a very easy to follow set of directions or give assistance via messenger on how to install Cerberus Helpdesk located at [url removed, login to view] please review the application and there directions prior to bidding so you are well knowledged in how to do this. This will be running as stand alone apllication with the look and feel of my site which I will edit as soon as it gets installed so it will be installed in my root folder.
