Install and modify phpizabi social networking script

I want the phpizabi social networking script installed. Then i want it modified alittle. I want all the necessary fixes done. I also want some of the free modules included(i will list the free ones i need ). I want the default home page modified to look different from the default one or replaced with a good and free social networking template. I aslo want google adsense added to some specific positions on the different pages and also other ads which i will tell you added too. I will also want about 3 widgets added to some places on the different pages.

Please tell if you can do it and for how much and how long. I am new to this and will want a good job so as to begin a good social networking site for a large(worldwide) community already waiting.
