I need a unique classified ads script built from scratch. I know exactly what I want it to look like, but I don't know how to make it. I will need it to have all regular features of any classifieds site, made specific to this business( ie. where the featured ads will be, ad spaces, search fields, etc.). Aside from that, I will need specific functions made available to my users. I will dicuss details of the business with the winning bidder, obviously. This project will start with Canada/U.S. only.
