Automatic Synchronizer for MP4 video and MP3 audio

I need to produce a simple (drag-and-drop files functionality) windows-based program to automatically synchronize one MP4 video file with one externally recorded MP3 audio file recorded from a close-to-speaker audio recorder resulting in a similar-but-not same audio file. Sample files can be provided. Potential algorithm also available. Important: please write 'I am real' in the first line of your response. Well annotated code should be provided in a standalone executable working file via email. The resulting video file should be a MP4 video with two synchronized audio files (the original and the new).
