Quickbooks-Create a Purchase Order/Inventory Form/Link to DB

1. We need a Custom form(s) created in Quickbooks Premiere which will allow us to create a Purchase Order (see the attached template).

2. We need to manage the inventory items received, if the default inventory management form in Quickbooks doesn't handle these then we will need to have a form created to manage the inventory as well.

3. We have an eCommerce site (sells apparel). We also have an Excel spreadsheet which contains our current list of inventory. Currently what we do is:

1. Create a purchase order (2 shirts, 2 pants etc) in the spreadsheet. We then email this to a supplier.

2. When we receive the order we enter the inventory into the spreadsheet (shirt size, colors etc).

3. We then login to the eCommerce website (admin section) and enter the inventory.

4. When sales are made from the website we make a manual adjustment of the spreadsheet to reflect this.

5. We write details of each sale in the Excel spreadsheet (Item, quantity, shipping info etc).

There is a lot of duplication in this process, with the same data being typed several times. We require a solution which would automate this process:

1. We would create the purchase order in Quickbooks using the forms above.

2. When we receive the order we can transfer the items received to the inventory section of Quickbooks.

3. Upload the inventory to the website database (Sql Server database, the fields in the Sql Server database match back to the fields in Quickbooks ).

4. Download sales details back to Quickbooks.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
