I am looking for a web designer that can create an online company for me. I want to allow businesses to be able to sell, lease, or rent their commercial property or real estate. This site will have to be user friendly for commercial advertising and property postings. This site must have security for payment. Public viewing will be available for free but companies wanting to post their business real estate or property for (sale/lease/rent) will have to pay a fee. Information will be collected in a database as well as a reference number for each listing. I would like to have the site very visually appealing, fast loading with relevant graphics. Once the property is sold, customers will be able to access their listing through username and password and edit property details, price, and any other information. This project should also allow advertisers to post advertising on the site. I would also like to allow other businesses to advertise on my website. Security is of the most importance for payment and consumer privacy protection. I have other projects available upon the successful completion of this website.
All properties should be able to be listed in all countries of the world but our company is based out of Ontario Canada so currency conversion and tax laws will have to be followed.
Each listing should be able to be found by a search criteria located on the main page as well as "preferred listings" located on the main page which will be charged extra money for.
This site will need to be very professional and secure. This will be a functioning business so I am looking for a reliable web designer that can make this happen. This is the beginning of many projects and I am new to this so I would like to test the quality of free lancers.
