minor adjustments on wordpress installation

need few small adjustments on wordpress installation, theme and plugin:
- navigation between pages with bullets (and next / previous arrows) as it is in a jpg layout to be shown, with some php on theme or use/customization of plugin;
- make the parent page with "walker";
- make pagination (next / previous arrows) to instagram plugin as it is in the layout.
website tree is quite simple, has only 4 pages, one of them with 3 subpages and another with 2. Those subpages are to be navigated.
