I need a website built

I'm looking for someone to create my website for Up and Strumming. The logo and badge artwork will be provided. It is going to be a site that users can join to submit lyrics for up and coming and undiscovered musicians. There are certain things that are a must have for the site.

-User sign up, login, forgot password, users profile

-Ability to submit and edit lyrics

-Ability to define lyrics by highlighting and defining the specifically highlighted text

-Voting system for users definitions of the lyrics submitted

-Commenting system for users profile and lyrics

-Badges given to users once they hit a certain number on their account from submitting lyrics and voting on submitted lyrics

-Newsletter sign up

-Contest form with a WordPress plug-in of your choice to have contests and giveaways on the site.

-Room for advertisement banners
