Redesign a website to look more professional / commercial

I turned a hobby project into a commercial project a few months ago, but the website still looks like it is for a freeware product. The freeware product is still available from the website, but commercial items have been added.
I want a total redesign of the website so it can have the freeware and commercial items, but still looks professional. The design should contain the following:
- Homepage with sections for product discounts, a 'download now' button, a 'buy now' button, some basic product information, some news, statistics, etc.
- A template for some general text (disclaimer,
- A 'Members Only' page with some general statistics and account information
- A page that displays the available products with prices
After we agree with the design, the designed pages should be created in HTML. We need very clean HTML code based on DIVs and style sheets, because the pages are going to be used as templates for a PHP and MySQL driven website. The PHP part is NOT part of the project.
I would like to have the design and HTML pages ready at the end of this month.
