I'm looking to get a php script with basic design. I have a max budget of 150. And i don't mind tell you that its a lot to ask for 150, but this will take a postive step towards establishing a good relationship with me and assure future more reasonalby price projects from myself and my cllients...
I have no other description other than the attached. This is the project scope. If this doesn't make sense to you then please don't bid. Again simple design, no psd or html files available. the scope is what we have to work with and the budget is firm.

A manage product page would be cool. The first and most recent product added should be displayed on main page (in product area in pdf bottom of page. Admin should have option to display any desired product. perhaps an activate product check box or something in admin.
I would also like this first 2 admin “posts” to be displayed on main page vs one in the mock up. All other areas should remain and of course archive should sort all posts by date.
I think the flow is pretty clear in the pdf. What specifically do you need to know?
