Web Developer Needed for Polishing up a Buy/Sell Website

I need some basic web design work on my existing website: [login to view URL]

Here's what needs to be done:

-When you click the Register button on the homepage under "Sellers" then the register form should show up with the User Type: Seller already selected.

-When a seller is adding an item to their store, there should the option to select "Feature on front page" and then if they select it they will have to pay $2.99 for it via paypal. Then their item should be placed in the first spot on the front page.

-When you send messages to people on the website there is an image that shows up and says "Corregando". This should say "Loading" instead

-Make email notifications for 7 different actions on the website. (I will provide all text for the emails, you just have to add the functionality)

-When you are adding a new item as a seller, On the "Delivers to" form, there should be a new option between "Ready to deliver to..." and "Andorra" that says "World-Wide"

-Make item URLS SEO friendly (just include first 5 words of item title in URL)

-Put a new tab on the blue bar that says "About us" that leads to an about us page and also one that says "FAQ's" and leads to FAQ page (I will provide text)

-When you hover over "Terms and Conditions" or "Contact Us" the text should turn red. The category buttons should also change text color upon hovering over each one. (I will provide color code)

-On some pages, the slogan looks different. Make it so the slogan always looks how it look like on the homepage

-On [login to view URL] there should be text that says "Recently viewed items" and the names and pictures of 4 items that you have viewed recently (At the bottom of the page)

-When you create a new account and add an item to your cart the system will add multiples of the same item. Sometimes it will add 3 items, sometimes 2, and sometimes 1. There is an error somewhere. Make it so that it always adds one item to your cart

-Make it so that clicking the CosTrader logo always takes you to the homepage. On some pages it doesn't work properly

-Make a confirmation message in red text when you sign up for the email newsletter. The message will be directly under the email form and should say "Your email has been subscribed"

-When you are adding an item to your shop as a seller, remove the option "Item type"
