designed page in .aspx format

i need a web page in(.aspx)as the designes ideas i am attaching

## Deliverables

the first page is like the pic(page_design)in the attached file but i don't need a boat i need it to be instead a water drop with the pic o(water_drop)but a lighter one and i don't need it to be dark blue background i need it to be white or very light sky blue.

the next page is with a banner designed from the following pic(station,control,pipe,water_drop).in an artistic way and written on the banner(water control center management system),the banner width should be 1024 pixels.

in the same page i need pics like(left_side_photos) the squared once using the pic(pics,wcc3) and a shade behind the pics.

the right side of the page will be empty.

all pages must be in aspx format.

the pics(color,color2)is guidlines for the colors i prefer in the design but i don't want all the page to be blue i need some matching colors as well.
