Server Based Automated Forum Posting

I am looking for a coder to create a web script that will AutoPost to forums that I own. The simplest way to complete this project will be by direct input into MySQL DB. Workings: User will be able to create a campaign and add keywords. The system (using CRON Jobs) will fetch data from a specfic location and then post onto the forum using mulpile user names at a time delayed intervals. Features: 1. Create campaign - Input Keywords, Target URL, MySQL Login details, forum type, section of forum to post in (ie url of section) 2. frequency of posting settings 3. Manage usernames (ie add list of user names to use) Initially you will be require to create this to work with phpBB only. A further project will be posted at a later date to add more forum types. NOTE: This project is to create an auto forum poster to post directly onto MY forums with MySQL access, therefore no login phrasing, captcha coding etc will be require. Making it a more simple project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
